When placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Screen settings, lighting and photography can affect how colours appear. Minor print placement differences may occur during production. These variations do not excuse a product that is faulty or materially different from its description.

Lifestyle photographs and mockups illustrate styling and appearance. Refer to the product description for what is included in your purchase.

Please check the relevant size guide before ordering. Different product styles may have different measurements.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is expressly shown.

Displayed prices include applicable GST where required. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you complete payment.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders require successful payment before production begins.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted.

5. Orders and availability

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms receipt of your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a genuine listing error affects the order, we’ll contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different item or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

If we cannot proceed, we’ll refund any payment received for the affected items and any related delivery charge that no longer applies.

We may decline orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

6. Made-to-order production

Our printed products are made to order. Please review your chosen design, colour and size carefully.

Our usual dispatch window is 5–7 business days, unless the product page states otherwise. Delivery time is additional.

Order changes and cancellations are handled under our Returns & Order Issues Policy.

7. Delivery and returns

Shipping destinations, charges, tracking and delivery issues are covered by our Dispatch & Shipping Policy.

Returns, faults, incorrect items and refunds are covered by our Returns & Order Issues Policy.

Contact us directly if there is an issue with your purchase. We remain responsible for providing any remedy required by law.

8. Promotions

Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, exclusions and expiry dates, which will be disclosed with the offer.

A promotional code must be entered where required at checkout. Any limits on combining offers will be stated in the promotion.

9. Website content and intellectual property

Website content, including our branding, original artwork, text and photographs, is owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.

You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. You must not reproduce our artwork, manufacture products using our designs or otherwise use protected content commercially without permission.

If you submit a review or send us content for publication, it must be honest, lawful and yours to share.

Submitting a review gives us permission to display that review and the accompanying name you choose to provide. We may moderate unlawful, abusive or irrelevant content, but will not change a review to misrepresent your experience.

We will seek permission before using your photographs in our marketing. Tagging our brand does not automatically transfer ownership of your content to us.

Our website may link to third-party websites and use external services for payments, delivery and other functions.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party website content. This does not affect our responsibilities for your purchase from us.
